Elizabeth Larson is Co-Principal and CEO of Watermark Learning and has over 30 years of experience in project management and business analysis. Elizabeth’s speaking history includes repeat presentations at PMI and IIBA international conferences, professional development days, and chapter meetings. Elizabeth has co-authored the Practitioners’ Guide to Requirements Management, The Influencing Formula, and CBAP Certification Study Guide. Elizabeth writes articles and blogs that appear regularly in Project Times, BA Times, and Modern Analyst. Elizabeth was a lead author of the BABOK® Guide Version 2.0.and an expert reviewer for the third edition, a lead author for the PMBOK® Guide – Fourth and Fifth Editions, and for the PMI-PBA Practice Guide. In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and 6 grandsons, traveling, and hiking.
