Student discount of 50% is available for full time students at tertiary education establishments and 25 years of age or under
Terms & Conditions
All bookings must be paid in advance - no payment, no admittance.
Prices include: Lunch & refreshments, documentation and parking.
Prices do not include flights, transport or accommodation.
- Bookings may be made online or by email. All bookings will be confirmed by SBS within 48 working hours.
- Payment can be made by electronic transfer.
- All cancellation must be confirmed in writing and a cancellation reference obtained from SBS.
- Cancellations cannot be refunded if cancelled within 15 working days of the event. Cancellations prior to 15 working days will be refunded less 15% cancellation fee.
- Substitutions of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to SBS by email.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the way we treat your personal Information collected electronically when you use our website for registering to attend our events.
We fully subscribe to the principles, outlined in Section 51 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002 ('ECT Act'), which govern your right to having your personal information kept private.
We respect your privacy and your personal information and will take all reasonable measures, in accordance with this Policy, to protect your personal information and to keep it confidential at all time.
In short:
- We will only collect your personal details to enable us to communicate with you regarding your participation in our events. These being, full name, position employer, address, land line telephone number, cell phone number, email address.
- We will not pass on contact details to anyone without your express permission in writing or by email.
- At our events we normally produce a list of delegates attending which is given out to all participants showing only name, position and company to facilitate networking.
Liability
The Organizing Committees and/or Conference Organizers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements in respect of personal insurance.
