Group Rates:
The following conference package discounts will apply for a group booking (meaning one invoice for one group booking):
- 10% discount for groups of 5 – 9 delegates
- 20% discount for groups of 10 – 24 delegates
- 25% discount for groups of 25+

Terms & Conditions:
- All bookings must be paid in advance to ensure admittance.
- Prices include: 15% VAT.
- Prices do not include: Flights, transport or accommodation.
- Early bird discount: Applies to registrations booked and paid by 15 July 2024.
- Bookings should be made online. Queries may be sent to kkilpatrick@kit-group.org.
- Payment may be made online via credit card (Visa or MasterCard only), or via EFT upon receipt of an invoice which will be emailed after registration.
- All cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing kkilpatrick@kit-group.org, and a cancellation confirmation obtained.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days (between 15 September and 15 October) ahead of the event will not qualify for a refund, but name substitutions will be accepted.
- Cancellations made 31 – 90 days (between 17 July and 14 September) ahead of the event will qualify for a 70% refund.
- Cancellations made more than 90 days (up to 16 July) ahead of the event will quality for a 90% refund.
- Substitutions of delegates will be permitted. All name changes must be communicated via email to kkilpatrick@kit-group.org.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to change the venue, dates and programme.
- Privacy policy: The information collected during registration will be utilised for the purposes of processing your registration and will be accessible by select members of the organising committee plus SBS Conferences & Exhibitions and any associated partners involved in coordinating your participation in this event. The information will be used to communicate with you regarding your participation and/or to share industry-related information, including work undertaken by IFHE, SAFHE and ICAN on behalf of the industries they represent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
