Welcome to the All Africa Expo exhibitor page! This is where you will find all the information you need to know about the upcoming exhibition taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 7 – 9 November 2023.

Scan Display is the exhibition company appointed to manage the exhibition. They will provide the stand packages for the smaller stands, and provide a service to design and build the larger stands. They can also provide furniture and equipment for the stands.
Please visit their ONLINE SERVICES PORTAL to submit your Services Order Forms. Orders placed after 25 September will carry a 20% surcharge.

Exhibition Freighting GSM will assist with the shipping of your goods to/from the convention centre, including completing the required customs procedures, and safely storing your equipment before/after the event.
