CPD ACCREDITATION & REGISTERS
CPD ACCREDITATION:
The South African Institute of Draughting (SAID) has granted CPD accreditation as follows:
- SACAP: 0.5 CPD credits per day in Category 1 (1.5 credits for all three days)
- ECSA: 0.5 CPD credits per day in Category 1 (1.5 credits for all three days)
The South African Medical Association (SAMA) via ICAN has granted HPCSA CPD accreditation as follows:
- 10 August 2022: 4 clinical level 1 points
- 11 August 2022: 8 clinical level 1 points
- 12 August 2022: 8 clinical level 1 points
If you are not a member of SACAP, ECSA or HPCSA but would still like an attendance certificate as proof of your participation, you should still complete the digital registers via the links below.
Please note the following:
- Attendees will need to complete a digital register for each day of the conference they attend – either live or afterwards by viewing the recordings on the virtual event platform.
- The registers may be verified against attendee login activity on the virtual event platform.
- The registers will remain open until 5pm South African Standard Time on 30 August.
- For ECSA and SACAP members: The CPD registers have been sent to the South African Institute for Draughting (SAID) and they will issue CPD certificates. Please allow until 30 September 2022 for CPD certificates to be issued.
- For HPCSA members: The CPD registers have been sent to ICAN who will issue attendance certificates and send the CPD registers to SAMA/HPCSA. Please allow until 30 September 2022 for CPD certificates to be issued.
- For those attendees who just require an attendance certificate, these will be sent to you by SBS Conferences & Exhibitions by 30 September 2022.
CPD REGISTERS:
The registers will be opened at 17h00 South African Standard Time at the end of each day’s proceedings and will be closed at 17h00 South African Standard Time on 30 August 2022. CPD registers are now closed.

If you missed the deadline to complete the registers, you can still request an attendance certificate for your own professional records by clicking here.
Please note: An attendance certificate will only be issued if there is record of your live attendance at the conference on 10, 11 and/or 12 August. If there is no record of live attendance, we will send you a certificate of registration.
