ABOUT
FROM SURVIVING TO THRIVING IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT
The dawn of a new era for our sector
The Western Cape Property Development Forum (WCPDF) is pleased to announce that our 9th annual conference will take place in-person at the Cape Town International Convention Centre on 26 & 27 May 2022.
The property development and construction sector has been through two turbulent years, following a prolonged period of constricted growth and many other challenges even before Covid-19, mainly around red tape and bureaucracy. However, we believe a new day is dawning, and with renewed optimism on the horizon, this year’s conference seeks to find the best solutions with which to overcome the challenges. If anything, what the pandemic has shown us is how important it is to move fast, adapt quickly and embrace innovations. Join us for a groundbreaking 2022 annual conference as we bring the private and public sectors back together to examine a way forward from surviving to thriving in the Built Environment.
